From SD to Mt. Shasta, CA– Ashland, OR to ILM, NC, River has lived in more places than most kids his age. These circumstances have given him an identity that shapes his unique–at times–exceedingly edgy and tenacious character. It is this “edge” that often compels neurodivergent minds to seek out entrepreneurism.

Skateboarding is River’s sanctuary–a continual source of challenge, determination, and reward. He has competed and placed well in numerous skate competitions and has forged amazing friendships with individuals of all ages.

River embarked on this venture as a kid of the C.O.L.D. Crew, learning the way “Carve or Look Dumb.” His mission, to carve a new path in the world of skateboarding– a “grom owned skate company” –a concept virtually unknown in the skate scene.

This venture pays homage to Rich “Tacos” for his skaterock band C.O.L.D. Crew Carvers, the OG C.O.L.D. Crew, and to the “kids of the C.O.L.D. Crew" who carry on the C.O.L.D. way of skateboarding.

Born a first-generation kid of the original Wilmington, North Carolina C.O.L.D crew of the late 80s and 90s, Brooklyn Giles carries on her father Mike Giles philosophy of hard-core, attack-style skateboarding with a punk rock approach. Driven by her dad’s tough stance on C.O.L.D. carving, Brooklyn nails down endless carves with traditional style. She enjoys most transition skateboarding, and has competed and placed well in numerous competitions.

Brooklyn represents CCC and CCK as Brand Ambassador, where she assists with brand marketing and sales, repping at events, and carving parks every chance she gets.

Daughter to Jamie R., Paige joins the CCK/CCC managing board

as a kid of the Wilmington, NC C.O.L.D. Crew of the late 80s early 90s.

Paige excels in all things music and academics.

Her steadfast, hands-on approach to team management, product development, and business marketing

have boosted momentum for the CCK/CCC family.

Joey represents the crew on both east and west coasts, dividing his time between North Carolina and California.

Joey enjoys skateboarding, woodworking, playing drums, and making custom skate decks. Joey's serves as one of the crew's Brand Ambassadors with a focus on production, marketing, and business management.
